I’m so much smarter now. Really?

Musings of one looking back, and ahead.

I am a 71 year old man; I live more or less alone, proximate to my daughter, son in law, and grandson. I have had two marriages and one other long term relationship, each of between 10 and 17 years. I never cheated. I can say, without hesitation, I truly and deeply loved each of these women, although each relationship was unique.

Now I sit back, retired and in Covid 19 enforced semi-isolation, reviewing my life, in its highs, lows, and in-betweens. I revel in some of those highs, especially when they arose…
