Why Trump Cannot Be Convicted

Like many, I long to see Donald Trump indicted on a variety of state and federal charges and forced to face the justice he has so far escaped. And I chuckle over the likelihood that, in such event, his lawyers will inevitably and forcefully argue to him that he not testify on his own behalf, but his own ego of hitherto unknown magnitude on Earth may well make him insist on testifying.
